Quantum Computing Company Announces HQ Within The Terminal In Humboldt Park

Quantum computing startup EeroQ has announced its new headquarters within The Terminal redevelopment at 1334 N Kostner Avenue in Humboldt Park. Located just north of the intersection W Division Street, the quantum company relocated to Chicago in 2022 to the building. It has now confirmed it will stay and grow as it receives new incentives from the state.

Led by IBT Group and Joe Mansueto, local firm Ratio Design served as the architect for the conversion of the once Pyle National Company manufacturing plant. The three-building complex now contains over 250,000 square feet of office space.
