CoStar Names The Terminal Redevelopment of the Year
Three out of three! Today, The Terminal was named CoStar’s 2023 Redevelopment of the Year in Chicago. Describing the reason for the win, the judges said that, “This project best represents the spirit of redevelopment, for not only an existing building but also for the people of an existing community in which it serves.” The entire Terminal team couldn’t agree more.
